I would only assume these are so-so quality Be very careful when drilling to not put any side load on the drill bits, or to put too much pressure on them, let the bit do the cutting. Do not cut too fast and use a lubricating oil. Heat is the enemy of drill bits, and often people use too much speed and pressure drilling metal.

In general drill bits are strong, but this is a trade off that they are typically brittle...

Try again. I think their website is screwed up again. I tried several times last night to place an order on something else. It wouldn't even recognize my password. I even reset twice through email. It said a few minutes ago out of stock on the 13" bags. Just now it ordered fine. Went right trough.
