1) That's correct. Can't do the same UPC twice, even if they're different offer numbers. I believe with Norton you CAN do the same UPC with different offer numbers.

Just curious: Are there any tangible benefits to Winzip 17 over its free rivals (e.g. 7-Zip)? I'm wondering what would justify it having a $30 price tag for a standard (i.e. not a "Pro") license.
