can anyone please comment your purchasing experience with buydig? It seems that Amazon has few returned ones sell for $798, but don't know exactly the reason for the return.

How about the customer service at Buydig if this TV goes wrong? Is this TV better than Panasonic one which were at the similar price during holidays? Forgot which model of Panasonic.

I purchased an LG 37" LCD from Buydig in 2009. Not much to add other than it was delivered in perfect condition. My TV did break within 3 months, but LG actually took care of it.

i'm cheap and don't need a receiver. i have the cable box and dvd player using up 2 HDMI already, so if this TV isn't smart, then i need a Roku box or something else that would presumably need a 3rd HDMI port.

This one will cost you $13 a year (the lowest of its size) to operate according the energy usage tag on the box.

The can't get past the "clouding issues" in low light scenes. I play COD which has a lot of dark scenes so this won't work for me.

Almost pulled the trigger. Called Amazon for a price match. They said they'd match the price but I'd have to get mandatory "white glove" shipping which would cost an extra $50 which I really wouldn't call a price match.

i almost jumped on the 2012 series but i keep hearing about the clouding and lag issues. The cnet review also wasnt too favorable even though they say its still a solid tv...

Maybe im just being picky..but was waiting to see the 2013 models release.

Our buydig experience was painless. Arrived in about 5 business days, a special delivery company was used, called ahead, planned delivery. Box had a good hole in a corner, ended up being in a hollow part of the box where the accessories were located. Tv works perfect, would use them again.
