Advance auto parts has the Valvoline nextgen oil on sale for $2.99, add 5 quarts of any of the below to qualify for either a $10 MIR (nextgen high mileage) or $7 MIR (nextgen conventional)

Lol, as others have noted, the pop up blocked the print, and it won't let you print the rebate. Lucky I did not buy the oil. What a PINA, I'm not sure its worth the hassel of calling. I do miss the FAR deals on the jugs of this. Kinda had me spoiled. Now that Valvoline is trying to do their own rebates, they totally suck at it.

Add just appeared today, 3/26/2013 but when you try to make the purchase it says promotion no good I spoke with the Advanced Auto, Valvoline online rep and rep appologized for the error and stated she would report the problem with false ad. needs to be removed from Slickdeals.com cause it sure is no slickdeal if its not applicable.

Is it safe to use this with synthetic oil I already have in my engine? Otherwise, is it OK to mix synthetic with this supposedly conventional oil?
