Question: Is this authentic?
Answer: It is authentic according to Alfa Networks.
Here's what they replied to my email enquiry:
Note: The timer resets for another 24 hours after it counts down to 0. So that means you don't have to decide now.

While this does seem to get a lot more access points and better signal than other adapters, its incredibly slow. The max I can get out of this adapter is around 5 Mbps, which for some people is fine. But it isn't worth it in my opinion because I'd rather get my full connection speed when I want to download something.
If you have slower than 5 Mbps internet or need the range then it's pretty good. Also you can crack WEP keys with this adapter as well.

The Alfa model is most popular because its cheap and has a very long range

the reason i ask is this deal has the word "super" in its description, but not AWUS036H, as does some other previous deals.

Much better option than buying a wifi repeater if you have one computer in the house that is a ways from the router.
