I want a North Face jacket but every time I look at them, I just feel like they should have gone out of style along with the end of the last millennium. But what makes me keep looking are the reviews from people I know who wear these regularly: They all say these are really warm. Then I remember how much I hate fleece and the static shock that comes free with every one of these things and I manage to prevent myself from pulling the trigger! YAY!

great deals... ive been looking for a new NF but i find all the new styles ugly but they are selling the guide light jackets i like... thanx a bunch OP!

Never realized how many different coats NF makes... although there are separate products for each color which sorta distorts the actual number of coats.

Feeling these are going to sell out fast... especially when it makes FP.

Not all are fleece. Quality fleece does not have static issues, never seen it. Their Triclimate is a great jacket and the liner is not fleece at all. There is fleece used in the hood, but that is true of most 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 setups.

As far as saying their styles look dated, they have at least 200 different jackets on this site alone. They can't cater to everyone's likes and dislikes, but these look every bit as good as any Columbia or Nautica selection.

My only beef is even on sale, they are much more expensive. Still, they have great warranties and everyone loves them for a reason.

If price is your beef, then Kohls carries Zero Exposure and they sell for half the price and look great. But almost all of those have fleece.

I always thought they were overpriced. Then I got a Denali (on sale of course) and love it. It really is a warm, cozy jacket perfect for the fall and spring weather.

So I guess you ignored the blue, turquoise blue, and vapor gray ones (all solid colored ones which you asked for) ? Maybe didn't see fleece part, but certain ones have a fleece shell/fleece inside.

can u tell me which is their best triclimate jacket? i see lot of names. they all look same. if any body can classify it will be great..
