I sit in front of the computer all day so if I don't have my computer peripheral ergonomically placed for my body posture I would develop staining pains in my shoulder, hands, and arms. The proper body posture should have the computer peripherals in an "at rest" position meaning closer to your hips... and the monitor should be a *little* below eye level such that you're not bending your head in any direction other than looking forward. Your head should basically sit perfectly square immediately above your spine for support. Therefore, WHY THE fark would you lift your hand to touch your laptop screen for any other reason than to show off this feature to somebody?
1) upgrade HDD to another (SSD is what I have in mind)
2) Upgrade RAM to 32 GB (will it support that?)
3) Replace CD/DVD drive with another HDD

It's surprising that a technology company like Dell hasn't set up their checkout system to take more than one of their own gift cards.
Hope this helps,
