soldered ram, proprietary sdd id still recommend it for a nongaming student the screen and build are amazing.

this is great, but yeah. I kind of just need to have the ability to upgrade the hard drive and/or memory.

I was on the fence on the lenovo yesterday and now I should have got that Frown

I can see why this model is a popular item to discount, it has "EVERYTHING" a power user is looking for, IPS....high res, 3rd gen i5, sub 3lbs...........great look. But no upgrades, and in 2013.....we run 8...16 or even 32gb of ram in our machines now Smilie
