Keep in mind that although this is a "HDMI Color Processing Device" it is still essentially a 2 Port HDMI Switch w/ Remote Control.

It also has THX certification. Pretty nice, even though the rebate value is artificially inflated.

It is being processed by Newegg's Rebate Processor, Velocity Fulfillment.

They also process Kaspersky and Cooler Master rebates, and have been known to be reliable. However, they do take a very long time (at least 10 to 12 weeks) to issue rebates.

Basically, this thing thing acts as a HDMI switch. You plug two HDMI video sources into it (inputs) and select one to output to your TV.

It has some sort of image processor inside which is supposed to adjust the color levels, brightness and contrast to make them as realistic as possible. That part may be a gimmick, but a good 2 x 1 HDMI switch [amazon.com] w/ Remote alone is probably worth about $20.

I got it, thanks TD. I have no problems with $80 rebate. I need more rebate items to reach $4000 credit spending. So sad about missing TD FAR earlier today .

Just got it with Vme doubt i will use it, but you never know lol.

A power adapter is a deal killer for me, I can use it as a switch but I don't have an extra outlet for the power adapter.
