I got these. They are chewable tablets that taste like grape. They work very well. I got them for like ten bucks shipped tho. From Amazon as well.

Listening to some random health guy on the radio the other day, he said most people take way too much Melatonin. Made it sound like you should only be taking 1 or 2 mg.

never used this stuff. i always gulped a bit of Nyquil when I had trouble sleeping. But the price is right, I'll give it a try. It's fairly rare that I have trouble sleeping (three kids 2-6 tend to make you very tired). but the wife is terrible worrier and I'm thinking this might help her relax enough to sleep. Who knows, might replace the nightly glass or two of wine!

I don't take any pills for anything, buuuuuuuut I just started taking Melatonin and I like it. The first week I took it, my sleeping ap on my phone was a total flat line lol. Worried me, but now i'm normal again. Not coma status. I wake up feeling great, but I do two weeks on, one week off. I also take a totally different brand lol! Its 3mg for whatever its worth. I'll go back to talking to the wall.

melatonin made me depressed taking 3mg a day. it does help somewhat for sleep though.
