This cooler is pretty much all copper. About the best air cooling you can get without going with a monster noctua or something. I have two of these, one blue, one red and they're attention getters in a clear sided case. They look awesome. I paid about $65 a piece for mine and they've worth every penny. At this price this cooler is a steal. Don't know about the rebate though. Very good deal even without rebate.
I think this cpu fan does not support the newer intel? I don't see 1155 on the list

I haven't looked into it, but does anyone know about the haswell sockets? are thy using a different structure?
