Whether you’re short on time, skipping long checkout lines, or simply avoiding crowds amid the ongoing threat of the pandemic, it makes sense to take advantage of the speed and convenience of Curbside Pickup. And you don’t have to be a tech genius to do it.

Simply place your order online at the Sam’s Club website or via the app, park in a Curbside Pickup spot, check in using your phone, and enjoy your favorite radio station while your items are brought out and loaded into your car. This is twenty-first-century shopping.

Convenience Costs Nothing

The best thing about Sam’s Club Curbside Pickup is that it’s completely free with Plus membership. There is no minimum purchase requirement and absolutely zero pickup fees. And for a limited time, Club members can also use the service for free. So everyone can make use of this innovative shopping experience without inflating the cost of your monthly spend.

It’s also more accommodating for those with a busy, modern lifestyle. Orders can be placed online at any time 24/7, so you can build your shopping list whenever it suits you. And the selection of general merchandise availability for Curbside Pickup has been expanded for a more comprehensive shopping experience. Even refrigerated and frozen items are included, so there’s no more worrying about your cold stuff thawing out while you wait in long checkout lines.

Curbside Pickup Is Easy

When you’re ready to place your order, you can book a Pickup time slot that fits your schedule. There are now more time slots available than ever before, so it’s easier to get your ideal appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

Once you’ve arrived in a Pickup parking spot, you can use the Sam’s Club app or text message to check in, and your order will be loaded into your car while you wait. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

And if life happens, and you can’t make it to your selected slot on time, don’t worry; your Curbside Pickup order will be held for up to 24 hours.

Having someone load your shopping list into your car already makes you feel pretty special. But there are other benefits to choosing Curbside Pickup.

Plus members can enjoy early-bird shopping with exclusive access to Curbside Pickup time slots between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., avoiding the worst of the crowds and making the whole process even easier. The service is available to all members from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Curbside Pickup is also safer. From the moment you place your order and submit payment online to the loading of items into your car by a Sam’s Club associate, the entire process is contact free. Still, as part of enhanced COVID-19 safety measures, Sam’s Club associates are required to wear masks and are temperature tested daily.

And if you’re on a tight schedule, you can have someone else collect your order for you by using the Additional Pickup Person feature when placing your order—perfect for those with accommodating parents or in-laws. Just provide the person’s name, email address, and phone number during checkout. When they arrive at the club, they just need to provide your order number and their ID at Member Services. Thanks, Mom.

Place your order via the website or smartphone app. Sam’s Club Curbside Pickup is quick, easy, convenient, and free to all Plus members (the service is also free to Club members  for a limited time). You skip all the legwork and let others do it for you.
