They cost $49.99. However you can probably tear your rotator cuff for less money by hurling your Instant Pot around by its handle.”

Whether you’re starting from scratch or simply adding to a well-established home gym, you’ll find Black Friday fitness deals on everything from weights and treadmills to yoga mats and accessories.

Best Home Gym Equipment Deals

Amazon, Walmart and Target are all worth checking out if you need new workout equipment (think treadmills, weights, stationary bikes and ellipticals). That being said, we’ve also seen some of the best home gym equipment deals at warehouse stores like Sam’s Club and Costco. Kohl’s even had a Weider Olympic Workout Bench with a Squat Rack for $200 (plus $40 Kohl’s Cash) in September, which makes it another retailer worth watching.

We’ve seen a wave of deals on our forums lately for up to $1,100 off select Horizon Fitness treadmills, so be sure to set a Deal Alert for this brand before the holiday sales commence.

Last year, Amazon’s Black Friday sale included some notable deals on Alo Yoga leggings, Champion sports bras and running shoes by New Balance, Brooks and Under Armour as well. Similarly, Hibbett and Finish Line are known to run top-rated deals on athletic wear by adidas and Under Armour.

Love specific stores like Sweaty Betty and lululemon? Many of these retailers will have their own site-wide sales with 25-40% off select styles. (Reebok, for instance, regularly offers up to 60% off select fitness apparel and athletic shoes.)

As for workout face masks, Under Armour and Athleta have you covered — quite literally — with multi-pack savings. And if a new fitness tracker is on your holiday shopping list, Slickdealer HappyTX says that Sam’s Club will have the Fitbit Charge 4 on sale for only $89.88 from November 20 through November 29. Dick’s Sporting Goods has also slashed prices on various Fitbit models recently as well.
