Last year, Samsung officially released the Galaxy S20 FE, a high-powered smartphone with a consumer-friendly price tag. Retailing for just $699.99, the FE — short for Fan Edition — boasts a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, 5G connectivity and the speedy Snapdragon 865 processor.
With the release of the Samsung Galaxy S21, there are several promotions available for the now slightly older model. You can pick up the phone directly from Samsung for $349.99 with an eligible trade-in. There are also several other retailer-specific offers you may want to consider (scroll down for specifics).

Galaxy S20 FE Standout Features
All told, the Galaxy S20 FE packs quite the punch for a smartphone under $700. Samsung was able to lower the cost by opting for a flat display instead of the curved variant seen on the S20 and S20 Ultra. The FE also has a polycarbonate case instead of the premium glass finish used for other devices in the family. Beyond those two features, most of what made the S20 great has been carried over into the S20 FE.
A 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 865 processor, and 6GB of RAM means you’ll be able to run apps without a hiccup — and they’ll look incredible on the crisp 6.5-inch display. We’re also fans of the phone’s 5G capability, as it’s one of the cheapest phones on the market that can take advantage of the new network. It has some stiff competition in the marketplace with the OnePlus 8 and Pixel 4, but Galaxy fans looking for an affordable new smartphone will find much to love in the Galaxy S20 FE.
