Save Extra with These Online Carryout Deals

The next time you're hungry, avoid eating into your wallet with one of these online discounts to your favorite restaurant chains.

Gone are the days of the universal $5 footlong, but now through August 25th you can take $5 off any purchase at Subway with PayPal and the Subway App. While sub pricing varies by meat and store location, this brings a $6-$9 sandwich down to $1-$4.

To access the savings, log into your PayPal account then follow this link and click the "Save Offer" button. This saves the $5 discount to your PayPal Wallet — you should get a confirmation message when it's done.

Next, place a Subway order and pay using PayPal in the Subway app. You won't see the discount in the Subway app, but it should be applied automatically to your purchase and you'll see the discount on your PayPal account.

To ensure you get the discount, check your PayPal Wallet to confirm the offer is applied before making the purchase. This is accomplished in the PayPal app by clicking "More" and then "See offers and rewards."

While this deal is technically active until late August, it's also limited to the first 350,000 people who apply the offer. Additionally, you can only use it once per PayPal account.

If you feel like Subway sandwiches never quite get you full, perhaps one of these other deals will satiate you.

Pizza Hut's Offering Large 3-Topping Pizzas for Almost Half Price

This Pizza Hut carryout special on large 3-topping pizzas makes it easy for you to feed your friends and family for $10 or less. While a large 3-topping pizza would typically cost you around $15, if you order one online you can get it for $7.99-$9.99 (the exact price depends on your location). Load your pizza with peppers, onions and pepperoni for nearly half the cost — if that doesn't make the mouth water, then what will?

To order, visit Pizza Hut's website and head to the "Start from Scratch" section, where the "Create Your Own" option lets you construct the exact pie you want. Once you've placed the order, all you need to do is pick it up.

Certain modifications — such as stuffed crust or adding a fourth topping — can lead to surcharges, and not all locations are partaking in this promotion.

Walmart's Offering a 10% Discount on Chipotle Gift Cards

For immediate savings guaranteed to fill your stomach, take 10% off Chipotle gift cards by shopping at Walmart. This means you can score a $25 gift card for $22.50 or a $50 card for $40. Either way, you'll have a little extra money to put towards the guac you most likely want all over your burrito bowl.

This deal is live right now on Walmart's website. Once purchased, the card is sent to your email within the hour, just enough time to ensure your appetite doesn't get too unbearable. Plus, with $25 in Chipotle currency, you can get at least two, maybe even three, burritos based on your location, which should keep anyone full for a long, long time.
