If you have one or more streaming media players gathering dust in your closet, Amazon has its sights set on you. From now until December 28th, 2018, Amazon is accepting Apple TV, Roku, and Chromecast devices in exchange for a discount on either the Fire TV Cube or a Fire TV Stick 4K, both of which include an all-new Alexa Voice Remote. You’ll also receive a $2.99 Amazon Gift Card either way.

Trade up to Amazon Fire TV

If your trade-in is accepted, the price for the Fire TV Cube could be reduced to $84.99 (normally $119.99), and the price of the Fire TV Stick 4K could be reduced to $29.99 (normally $49.99). Both of these items release on October 31st, so they’re about as impressive and as fresh as Amazon electronics get.

The following items are thus far available for trading in:

Amazon Device Trade In

To start the trade-in, you’ll need answer a few questions about your device on the Amazon website. You’ll need to then print the shipping label provided, and send your streaming media player off to Amazon. Amazon will verify the condition of your device within a week, and then will automatically add the discount and the Amazon Gift Card to your checkout when purchasing either the Fire TV Cube or the Fire TV Stick 4K. This offer is only good per one customer account, so send the device in that you really will never use again.
