Sony’s annual celebration of gaming, Days of Play, is back again with some solid deals for PlayStation enthusiasts.

From June 7th to June 17th, you can snag a ton of PlayStation goodies at a discount, from games to accessories to full-blown consoles at retailers across the U.S. and Canada, while supplies last.

PSN Days of Play Console and Accessory Deals

For this year’s event, Sony is introducing a Limited Edition Days of Play PS4 embossed with the PlayStation controller button symbols for $299.99. While it definitely looks cool, standard PlayStation 4 bundles regularly go on sale for around $199.99. Unless you’re really into the limited edition console’s aesthetic, you can probably wait for a better sale.

Gamers looking to jump into the world of 4K can upgrade to a PS4 Pro at a slight discount during this event, with the console lowered to $349.99, or $50 off its retail price.

As is the case with the standard PlayStation 4, savvy shoppers can usually find the PS4 pro for less than what Sony is offering. Even this week, Slickdeals member DJ3xclusive found a site offering PS4 Pros for $322.96, or about $27 less than the Days of Play sale.

PlayStation VR bundles start at $249.99 and include the goggles, camera and two VR-tailored games. The cheaper bundle comes with Trover Saves the Universe and Five Nights at Freddy’s, while the more expensive one includes Beat Saber and Borderlands 2 plus a set of PlayStation Move controllers, all for $299.99.

Again, this isn’t the best price we’ve seen for PSVR bundles, as Slickdeals member junfan1 reported a Microcenter sale where you could grab the PSVR Doom Bundle for $191.98. While that bundle only comes with one game, most PSVR titles cost less than $40 new, so you could pick up the second game of your choice and still save some money.

For those who enjoy collecting controllers, the Dualshock 4 starts at $39.99 during the Days of Play sale. This is a pretty standard sale price for PS4 controllers, so if you’re looking to pick up an extra, now is a good time to do so. Plus, the sale applies to all controller colors, so you don’t have to settle for the standard black.

PlayStation Membership Savings

In addition to hardware and software deals, Sony is offering discounts on 12-Month PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now memberships:

Best Games in the Days of Play Sale

When news of the promotion first came out, some Slickdeals users weren’t sure Sony would actually offer all its biggest games for $19.99. As it turns out, they were right — April 2019’s Days Gone is only 33% off at $39.59.

Even so, the critically acclaimed God of War and Marvel’s Spider-Man are both on sale for $19.99, which is a pretty good price for either game. While God of War is frequently discounted to about $20, it’s rare to see Spider-Man on sale for less than $30. And as Slickdealer Twerknado put it, even “Spider-Man at $60 is a steal.”

The list includes a handful of powerhouse games, including:

You can also take home a variety of PS4 PlayStation Hits for $9.99, which is half off. There are a number of must-plays, such as:

In addition to discounted base games, there’s also a ton of DLC on sale for you to consider, like:

If the game you’re hoping to pick up isn’t part of Days of Play, don’t worry — plenty of other retailers will undoubtedly post sales of their own during E3 week.  Just make sure to set up a Deal Alert so you’re notified as soon as the deal you’re waiting for becomes available.
