Join the C21 Status Rewards Program
Enroll in Century 21’s C21STATUS rewards program and receive loyalty points for every dollar you spend. When you open a free Loyalty account online, you will earn 1 point per $1 spent in-store and online. Become a Premier customer and receive 15% off select purchases when you open a store credit card. You’ll get 2x more points than Basic Loyalty members receive. Elite customers spend at least $1,500 per year using their C21STATUS credit card, and they earn 4x more points than Loyalty members do. Depending on your status, you’ll get progressive discounts on standard shipping as well as other exclusive in-store and online savings.
Century 21 doesn’t offer status-based discounts like a student discount, military discount or a senior citizen discount. Joining the C21 Status loyalty program is the best way to get exclusive discounts and extra savings opportunities not available to every other customer.
Century 21 Return Policy
As long as you initiate your return online or in-store within 45 days of your original purchase, Century 21 will give you a full refund. You must provide proof of purchase and your items must be in like-new condition. Items purchased online can be returned in-store, but in-store items can't be returned online. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Century 21 Price Adjustment Policy
Find a cheaper price elsewhere? Century 21 will match the price of up to three identical items when you present proof of a lower price from select U.S.-based competitors. Price matching is available for up to 14 days after purchase. Some exclusions apply to cosmetics and high-dollar items such as jewelry and electronics. The company won’t match prices from deal or marketplace sites such as Amazon. Century 21 won’t match prices for products purchased from internationally based stores or websites.
Get the Best Shipping Price
The cost of shipping depends on current promotions and whether or not you are a member of the C21 Status rewards program. Typically, you can expect free shipping if you spend over $75 in store and/or if you are a member of C21 Status rewards. Periodically, the retailer will distribute free shipping promo codes with a minimum spending limit as low as $10.
