What a "free" magazine costs

Information used by the Verizon Selects program includes:
  • Information about your wireless device and how you use it - including web addresses of sites you visit, similar information about apps and features you use, as well as device and advertising identifiers.
  • Information about your device location, including network data and location information transmitted by apps you permit to use your device location.
  • Your postal and email addresses.
  • Information about the quantity, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your Verizon telecommunications and interconnected voice over internet services and related billing information (also known as Customer Proprietary Network Information or CPNI).
  • Information about your Verizon products and services and how you use them (such as data and calling features and use, Fios service options, equipment and device types).
  • Information we get from other companies (such as gender, age range, interests, shopping preferences, and ad responses) or that you provide.
  • Information advertisers share with us to better target their own advertising.
This information may be combined with information the AOL Advertising Network [aol.com] collects when you use AOL Services and visit third-party websites where AOL provides advertising services (such as web browsing, app usage, and location), as well as information that we or AOL obtain from third-party partners and advertisers. This information is described in the AOL privacy policy [aol.com].

Not flaming.... just informing... most if not all of these magazines are part of a 'universal master list' of promotional subscriptions. No points needed, go to Promo sites like freebizmags.com or mercurymagazines.com, etc. and get on their 'mailing list.' Several times a week they send out time-sensitive offers for limited number (1st 500 - 1000 respondents usually).

I've personally received thousands of dollars worth of car, boat, computer, men's & women's interests, etc. magazines in the last 10+ years.

Link does work but looks like you have to be logged in to your Verizon account first. I'll add alternative instructions.

I'd love to hear how you've been successful in getting "actual money" from your Verizon points. I've found them to be basically worthless in my attempts to buy or win stuff in the past.

how come adult-only magazines are never part of these miles/points-for-mags deals from airlines or Verizon?

thank you... I never can find anything to use those points on. Although I haven't read a print magazine in years.
