I like how, when I want something, 3/5 times it pops up on slickdeals pretty soon. This is one of those 2/5 times when I buy something, unpack everything and wash it, and then it pops up on slickdeals.

How's the juicer tho?

If you're looking for something cheaper and to serve your purpose, JE98XL [tintwostore.com] for $95 with coupon code SAVE. I recently bought this, so this a legit site, I think it's a subsidiary of Macy's because my package was shipped from Macy's.

And if you want something even cheaper, just use your molars.

If my 20-year-old Breville broke, I'd be all over this one. Good price.

Google Best Juicers and see the top 10 links, you'll find 98XL there, this isn't just a cheap juicer.

Depending on your needs a masticating juicer will yield better nutrition then this centrifugal variation.

you could try checking out used restaurant equipment stores., Commercial equipment always comes with sticker shock when compared to consumer stuff.

As for the breville juicer, I saw some at a local TJMax a couple weeks ago for a bit cheaper. Not familiar with breville's juicer lineup, so not sure it was exactly the same item but might be worth checking out for those who miss the deal and have one nearby.

I have bought two Elites for close to what OP's is listed for. I don't think that's a deal at all. With a little help (coupons and a sale) you can get one at BB&B for 25% less.

Or just CL it. A lot of people aren't prepared for the cleaning involved and it doesn't take.

Just sharing my own personal experience:

1) Bought this (or similar) Breville Juicer a few years ago.
2) Used said juicer a few times.
3) Said juicer accumulated much dust.
4) Said juicer was later donated to Goodwill.

Be sure that you are a good fit for "juicing" before you purchase.

we had a similar one, for fruits its good, not much yield greens compared to the slow spinning ones.

slow spinning ones dont handle soft fruit well, even an apple that isnt crisp will clog up the slow juicer.

this one is very load, so if u are going to juicr before people wake up, u will be their alarm clock.

the slow spinning one is a lot easier to clean.

We have a Breville juicer. My wife used it a lot initially. It worked well for juicing. Very powerful. But be warned it takes a lot of vegetables and fruit to produce juice, to the point she stopped using it due to the expense.
