Firestone Lifetime Alignment Sale $150 4/6-4/9

This is typically $200.

Valid for the car and owner at the time of purchase (does not transfer to new buyer or new car). Seems to depend on the shop for how often you can visit. My local doesn't care but I hear others try to limit to 6 months or yearly.

Sorry, not sure. I think they typically run the sales on both of them though, right?

Yeah in my experience the sales at tiresplus, wheel works and Firestone are exactly the same

Our Firestone is great. Couldn't be happier with them.

Is the deal limited to the original location that the alignment was done? I'm moving in several months to a different state.

The mechanics there and many other chain stores work on a low hourly wage plus a commission on parts/work they sell....this is a recipe for FRAUD involving the replacement of parts that may not need to be replaced.

When I was a ASE certified Master tech looking for a job...I would never even consider working at a Firestone.after working along side of their former employees my bosses would hire.

you can always do other repair elsewhere but keep the lifetime alignment from Firestone. As great as your hate for Firestone maybe, I doubt one can fault this deal. Can anyone beat it?

I completely agree. It could be that some places are good but my experience with them has been nothing but horrible. Went in for 9.99 oil change for a car that worked perfectly fine, no other issues. They came back and said "we found 2 nails in the tire so both tires need to be replaced. Both nails looked as if someone just hammered them in to the tire. On the way home, car started smoking...went back and they said thermostat has gone bad and needed to be replaced. I don't even remember the other crap they pulled. I fell for their BS but never again I'd trust these guys. It's a shame that some idiots made that impression on me that I won't feel safe giving my car to them at any of their locations. But I would never give them a dime again for sure.

Crooks, they look for any reason not to do the alignment after the first time.

How often do you all get your car aligned? You shouldn't need it more than once a year, but really I haven't even needed one annually. I don't know if I would trust the "tech" at some chain to align my car - are they using the proper alignment for my car?
