What the hell????? Your post is almost on par with anti-vaccine supporters.

That first paragraph, nothing is worse? Milk? I mean, soda immediately comes to mind, when I personally think of worst, but how you got milk is beyond me. The only thing I can think of that you are basing this on is the hormone and growth concerns, such as oestrogen and IGF-1, which is a contested study at best, or the allergic complications that affect many from lactose. Cow milk, the most common form of milk consumed, is primarily comprised of water, lactose, fat, protein, and minerals, we're talking like 99%, and MOST of that is water. Lactose, fat, and protein make up most of the rest, in that order. It's not necessary, no, but it's hardly the worst thing you could drink.

Second paragraph, the "studies" you are referring to, the only one I know of with actual accreditation that you could be referring to is the one from Sweden in 2014: http://www.bmj.com/content/349/bmj.g6015
It made the rounds online years ago because exactly what you claimed. But if you didn't know, that study has actually been contested and vilified by a LOT of journals and scientific organizations due to how the study was conducted and what parameters they used and omitted. You can prove association for anything with the right sample size. I can associate drinking water with cancer. But there is NO study that has proven a direct link as of yet for your claims.
That study also led to a whole bunch of pseudoscience, the biggest one (and most idiotic) was that because milk was acidic and so calcium gets sucked out of the bones to neutralize it. Theres a lot of reasons why this is completely wrong, but it can be corrected simply by pointing out that your bones have nothing to do with your body's pH levels, it is regulated by your kidneys. And calcium is not what is used to neutralize pH fluctuations, the primary buffer is bicarbonate, again, produced in your kidneys, every day.

Also, almond and other nut milks contain 50% more calcium? WTF? You do realize that pure almonds themselves don't have even remotely near the amount of calcium as milk? How would the liquid derived from them then have even more calcium?
Silk, Blue Diamond, Rice Dreams, etc, are all calcium fortified during food processing to give them more calcium as well as other things.

There's nothing wrong with having your own opinion, but the things you stated are just flat out wrong, and ignorant. You have NO idea what you are talking about, and use absolute bull to pretend that you do.

That has to be the worst load of bunk I've heard, given it completely ignores the ability for organisms to synthesize, thereby ignoring the entire field of biochemistry/biosynthesis. laugh out loud

Why drink water when I could just breathe and suck on hydrogen separately? Cut out the middleman! Cut out Big Water!

I can guarantee thats not how science works.

Good deal as always

Despite the high cost (2.276 cents per gram of protein), this is my go to for flavored whey because it contains lactase which is great for me since im lactose intolerant.

whey is vastly inferior to plant based proteins. I was a huge whey and casein guy before too.
How so?

Is this a pretty solid deal for this brand? Or should I wait? I have a tub left.
