I would be very wary of funding a bank account with a credit card for any large dollars for an out of state bank. I recently read someone funded 25k to a bank in Michigan via cc and stated they were going to be moving in state. The bank said everything was fine. Then when they got the money they froze the account and upper level management stated they needed to have proof of residency in the state. Last I heard they were still trying to get their money back and were going to start accruing interest charges.......

wow the $500 DD doesn't count as a waiver for the monthly fee, besides keeping $1500 in the account I can't seem to have it waived. ..

Office Depot offers $15 off buying $300 visa cards till this Saturday. It should be available in all States but not sure. One purchase/customer, if you have several OD near by, you can accumulate quite a bit.
