This is a good price. What's the HP? The one from woot?

It's ok but only 8gb of ram isn't great and no secondary HDD.

Personally I would recommend going without W10 and getting it on ebay for about $10

For a pre-built it isn't bad at all, and a warranty in case anything goes wrong.

I'm not saying it's bad but it surely isn't great. 8gb doesn't match the rest of the system and no secondary HDD means that you will have to put in more money after receiving it

That's true, another $50-100 on RAM and $50 for an HDD (more if you want higher capacity).

Let's assume you add another hundred bucks for the ram and hard drive and it is still cheap. Will be around $1100

Theyre not bad depending on where you get it from, I tend to keep a couple of spare W7 keys (from my older laptop that has given out from heat) and just upgrade those.

Or if you want cheap and reliable, find someone who can get you an EDU copy.

I thought you can't upgrade anymore with the older win7 keys.

I bought 2 from this seller for under $9 over the last year and both are still going strong. He has raised the price to $12.50 but he has been selling keys for over a year and has over 5,000 positive feedback with a 99.8% rating, To me it's a low risk high reward deal
