if you're a costco member, just get the KS sheet set at this price point.

It might be $10 more, but you get 2 more pillowcases and the quality is A+. I sleep in them every night.

Are you referring to this [costco.com] product? It says its 540 TC whereas this one is 620. Wouldn't this be a better deal for a higher TC or is there other factors that make the Costco brand better quality than the Easton brand? (Assuming I don't need extra pillow cases) Confused

Thread count is often terribly inaccurate and/or misleading. Sure, I would trust a Macy's sold product's TC more than a random amazon seller, but I 100% trust a KS product to be (a) labeled accurately, and (b) actually inspected and verified.

The other significant factor: I can almost guarantee the costco sheets use higher quality cotton.

TC is not the final word on sheets and often are misleading. There are many sets of 250TC sheets that are miles better than 750+ TC sheets.

This happens because good companies use high quality single threads, while shit companies will use "multi-ply" threads that can double/triple/quadruple the TC, but are made up of shit single threads.

We have a very tall mattress, so it is very difficult finding deals on the right size.
Not the same specs:
Costco KS fits 18" deep
Macy's Easton fits 21" deep
We would have bought the Kirkland brand but they cheaped out on this spec.

Thread count is so easily fabricated that I hardly even pay attention to that anymore. I just want a cheap sheet.

For the people who got them, how do you like them? Looks like they are back on sale this weekend and am thinking about purchasing them.
