You mean the fireworks will be really good when the Patriots shoot them down? Maybe it'll be the best fireworks festival of all time.

very good prices, but they had sales in the $400s from several of these cities previously. having to purchase so far in advance is a downer - that's an extra cost for me because there's a good chance plans could change by then, or a better price, etc

Yep. It was a blast! I'll be sad if it's gone by the time I get back. I was looking forward to doing it again.

They have renamed it http://maricar.com/

I actually loved Delta International flight when I visited HongKong last year. It was as good as Emirates level of service except for meal selection

Look forward to not getting stomped by airport employees

Almost pulled the trigger but I'm also keeping an eye out for United or American, mostly because I like ANA and JAL. Flew ANA nonstop from Chicago last year for $450 and it was an excellent trip. Hoping to get something similar for late October.

Not seeing any cheap fares on Delta. They are $900+. The JAL/AA flights are about $50 higher than what's quoted in this thread. Which makes it about $170 more than it was last week on JAL. Where's the deal?
