Various Fred Meyer stores have the Nintendo Switch (gray & blue/red) in limited stock today. Save $30 using the Home Electronics coupon. The coupon is in the weekly ad and can be found online or the Fred Meyer app. It's good for April 15th only.

*Also note that you can use the coupon for $10 off anything in Home Electronics if you spend $50 or more. $20 off $100 or more & $30 off $150 or more is possible as well. Limit 1 coupon per customer*

Depending on tax you'll be able to get the console for less than $300 after taxes.

Good luck!

Since people will probably ask, Fred Meyer is a chain of stores in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon,Washington,Idaho,Alaska). It is primarily a grocery store but has clothing, electronics, toys, housewares as well. It is now owned by Kroger.

The bonus discounts like this are very nice because they generally apply to games and game consoles. I was in a store today and can confirm the coupon is valid (today only). I did not see a Switch on the shelf, but I didn't ask (since I already have one from a pre-order). Also the coupon would be valid on a 3DS which are getting hard-to-find in some places. Or it could be used on an XBone, PS4, or PS4 Pro, or PS VR.

Good deal. Only thing if I had one around the way, and they're in stock. Still a thumbs up, so other folks who may have one. Get notice. Props OP!

Just called all of the stores in the Seattle area -- none of them have them in stock.

That's because the employees you called just bought them!

Super helpful, thanks for sharing. I didn't know that FM was only in the Pacific Northwest. Dunno if other Kroger stores have an electronics section. I know QFC doesn't.

yeah haha oh Bob. He was so good to me. Turns out this morning I went to my local Fred Meyer and I missed the Switch consoles by 5 min (there were 3). Ordinarily I would not call stores but chasing after a Switch is like a really difficult and bad game of Easter Egg hunting. So, I called and he said he'll set one aside until 9am so I can drive over (They had 3 in stock in Yakima, WA). Then, I scored.

If it's helpful, ask them when they get shipments and then when they will be ready for sale. I know that with Yakima and Ellensburg they receive on Thursday and then put it on the racks on Saturday. It might be different around the Seattle area and the # they have in stock might be more than here on the eastside of the mountains.
