Just picked up the green ones for $99.99 at a B&M Best Buy in Colorado. Price still shows $129.99 online, but the store had all colors ( Black, White, and Green ) marked down to $99.99

The website will, hopefully, update sometime later tonight.

Thanks OP. Not as good as $70 X2's but I'd pay $99 for the X3's.

Any way to sweeten the deal if/when it updates to $99?

Unfortunately, the price didn't go down online. I lost my pair of X3's in the last winter storm. Have been waiting for this price since. Not sure if the markdown is nationwide. Bestbuy is not near my place, and it's not worth the trip unless someone confirms the drop is for all stores. Frown

My freedoms stopped charging after a few months so I went and picked up the X3 on Tuesday for 99.99. I had a geek squad warranty so I just got an exchange. One thing weird the rep said is that none of the Jaybirds have a manufacturer "warranty" in their system even though it said 1 year on the bottom of the box. I went ahead an got another warranty since I've heard stories where they have horrible customer service and sometimes not honor it. I figured at this rate on how long these things last it was worth it where for 2 years I can bring it in Bestbuy and not have to worry about it.

Pretty sure the rep was trying to sell the third party warranty and lied to you.
Jaybirds have a one year warranty. I've used the warranty myself.

I believe customer care used to be bad. But now Logitech owns Jaybird. And Logitech warranty service is pretty good. I've heard Jaybird service has improved since the Logitech takeover. No idea if that's really true or just widespread conjecture.

I just recently had my jaybird x stop charging and I contacted customer service. My x were 3 years old. I went thru the process and now I have the freedoms for free Smilie

I can confirm the $99.99 price. I called my local BB and after 5+ mins on hold they confirmed the price, stock and said the sale ends Sat. Hope this helps. Got me a pair.

My X2's died. They worked great for almost a year at 20+ mi/week until death. Jaybird bad customer service would only offer me Freedom's and not the X3's. Even talked to a "manager". It's ridiculous because the X3s are very similar to the X2.

Yup. I too got out at lunch and bought it. There's a Best Buy not too far away from work. Figured it's worth the risk, and was not disappointed.

Got mine on Monday, and had to replace it two days later. I only use one side of the earpiece while the control side is inside my shirt. The sound get cut off quite alot. But if i place the control outside my shirt, then it's fine. The ones i'd replace does the same. My original Jaybird (first model) works much better, but these X3 have much better sound quality.
Also the inside packaging of the earpiece between the White and the Black is different. I don't understand why.
