100GB/mo. VPN through WindScribe for US Mobile Customers

US Mobile is MVNO - pretty good coverage (especially in urban areas) - I got them for my Dad who is a light user - he pays $15/mo. for talk/text/data

They have great customer service, live chat team is awesome

They partnered with Windscribe to offer VPN services to US Mobile customers - you need to be an active US Mobile customer (get a sim card and activate the service) and the offer is valid as long as you are a US Mobile subscriber

not bad considering US mobile has some pretty decent rates, even for data

Plans [usmobile.com] (10gb data only $30/month)

https://www.usmobile.com/vpn

From their FAQ

How do I get this offer?

US Mobile customers can chat with our live chat team to request a custom activation code.

I think I remember Windscribe offering 50GB last time and it trending here, so 100GB and partnering with a good value service woot

I wonder if it would apply to Mintsim since that's a subsidiary of Us Mobile iirc.

Edit: Nevermind, Ultra Mobile is the owner of MintSim.

So, between the two of them, they now have your phone record and internet usage data.

Windscribe is Canadian and has to comply with very stringent Canadian commercial privacy laws. And IPs are shared for better security compared to dedicated. It gets very good reviews: https://www.bestvpn.com/windscribe-vpn-review/

I've had Windscribe for about a year now - have a lifetime subscription. Works pretty flawlessly across all devices and I get pretty fantastic speeds. Almost maxing out my connection.

Yea, every company is "supposed to" play by the rule. The question is, do they really? There are always companies out there that are doing things based on "technicality." I wouldn't be so quick to completely trust any companies that handle personal data, especially if they provide free services.

I got in on the free 50 GB deal awhile back, and was able to put it on a 2nd computer also ( different email). I stopped getting those "love letters" from my ISP, but it does freeze up my computer on occasion. However the kill switch seems to work well, since it's shut down a couple times and the downloads stop at the same time.
