Thread Details

One World Alliance Member airlines (American, British Airways) have round trip airfares travelling from Charlotte NC (CLT) to Beirut Lebanon (BEY) for $662 including taxes and fees. This makes 1 or 2 stops.

Departs CLT: Oct 24-27, 29, 31; Nov 2-5, 7, 9-12, 16, 18-19, 21, 23-24
Returns CLT: Oct 29, 31; Nov 1, 4-9, 11-15, 18-21, 28, 29; Dec 2-4

Use dates and book it on Priceline [priceline.com]. This is coming up doubled in price on both airlines' websites so I'd hurry if considering.

The Department of State warns U.S. citizens to avoid travel to Lebanon because of the threats of terrorism, armed clashes, kidnapping, and outbreaks of violence, especially near Lebanon's borders with Syria and Israel. U.S. citizens living and working in Lebanon should be aware of the risks of remaining in the country and should carefully consider those risks. This supersedes the Travel Warning issued on July 29, 2016.

Other countries have similar warnings about visiting the United States. Use common sense and you'll be fine.
