Briggs is pretty price controlled so when it goes on sale its good to purchase. I fly quite a bit, over 160 times each year and B&R is by far the best luggage on the market. My standard roll aboard has been with me over the last 8 years and has no issues to date other than looking a bit worse for wear. Tumi didnt last me more than 2 years.

Thanks for posting. Currently on the market for a large luggage.

Not sure if anyone else received it or if it or if it is valid, but a couple of days ago I got a 20% off coupon on the mail from Amazon for clothes and includes luggage. If it works, should make this even slicker.

Agreed. I fly over 100,000 miles a year and my B+R has never given me a moment's worry.

Are they expensive? Yes. Worth it? Totally.

With the 20% snail mailed Amazon coupon I think it'd be a good deal but they really aren't on sale otherwise. Their prices are very comparable to elsewhere.

Anybody have one of those coupons handy that isn't going to use it? I need luggage, I fly home weekly and my carry-on only lasted about... 20 trips, actually it did alright for awhile there.

I've been using my B&R like the one in the pic above since 2005. It's in amazing shape and has been my standby.

For frequent fliers and top tier CC owners, if your bag gets damaged during transit, there is a very good chance the airlines/ CC company will pay for the repair. I had this happen twice and both times Delta took care of me. Hence the reason I decided to keep my old Samsonite.

Pretty much only when models or colors are discontinued.

I checked for authorized repair facilities near me and they are relatively few and far between. And I'm in the Chicago area.

Not as impressed with their warranty given those circumstances.

Just ordered from ebags which had same discounts (as does every luggage place right now for Briggs & Riley). Also go 10% cashback from Rebates Mr. vs. no cashback from Amazon.
