Go to www.Stihldealers.com and find your local dealer.

This appears to be a good price considering they sell for more than this used.

Checked my local shop and shows 179.99 - 20 For the sale. So 159.99.

Been looking for a chainsaw and going back and forth between gas and battery..dont want to deal with starting issues but of course you lose some power with batteries. Hmmm.

Seems like a good deal, esp since its Stihl which is a well known brand.

Also looking for a pole saw and that's where the swappable batteries come in. Argh!

Still chainsaws are great, I have had this one and numerous others and currently have a bigger model Stihl. Forget buying the cheap brands, I use mine maybe once or.twice a year and it starts up easily. With these or any 2 cycle motor like weed eater ect. it is important to run ethanol free gas or the premix gas/oil in a can and they will give your hardly any trouble

Ya I just ordered one. I only run trufuel or NAPA brand in my BT150 after having to rebuild carb first year. Will do the same with this. Hopefully one day I can get to an ethonal free gas station and get 5g but for now, even thou overpriced, the Trufuel is worth it for hassle free use as I dont use them much. I run regular gas in my 4 strokes without much issues.

Cant wait to cut some trees down.

Closest place to get ethonal free gas sells for $75/5g so $15/g. Idk if comes with can. Looks like it is worth the 40min drive to New england race fuel in Burlington, CT where it is $10.50 a gallon but thats still crazy.
TruFuel is $20/g if buy a 6 pack or with coupon can get gallon for about $15-$16 with tax.

FYI
All STIHL gasoline-powered equipment runs on a 50:1 mixture

Do you guys add stabil to these or do you just run the gas down empty at the end of the season?
