It becomes the same if you pricematch home depot or use Lowes $15 off $50. I tried pricematching at home depot and they wouldn't honor the 10% discount. Only offered 5% discount.. So I just went to Lowes. $145 is after tax and all. So technically it was $135 before tax and CB.

Brickseek shows none in stock at all. Not sure why this deal is getting hate. The $129 Premium Kettle got alot of likes but is one step lower than this. Usually this is $50 more expensive.

Great deal! I just purchased one and on my way to pick it up in store. Used a $15 off $50 code and it came out to be ~$135 before tax. For me, the $20 higher price compared to the previous premium kettle deal is worth it for the lid holder, grate options, warming rack, and better wheels. Thanks for posting and letting other know!

Lol I wish. Just wanted to know why people thought the $129 premium is apparently a better deal compared to this.

It's as good or better thanks for posting. See reasons dtrain83 posted above.. the lid holder assembly is worth the small bit of price increase.

This is a $200 grill that can be had for $150 ,.. never mind the coupon frosting. It's not the $79 smaller bare-boned Target grill that was quoted in this thread.

For the most part you get what you pay for with Weber- cry once or whatever that phrase is. This is a solid deal on a great charcoal grill.

If anyone thinks a Weber grill can be approached in way by a $40 grill they aren't the brightest. Weber grills last through 40 years of heavy use and abuse. $40 grills last four years if you are lucky, don't use them and keep them covered.

Some people only consider price not quality of use and longevity. After starting on Webers I used a lot of other grills because I thought the Webers were too expensive. I used so many grill because they were crap and didn't last. Some worked fine, but 2 to 4 years was the max and much of the time at the end was trying to baby along a grill that was falling apart for a few more months. I do grill quite as bit. Nothing like my 20's when I would grill at least 200 days a year, I still grill 100+ times a year.

And if any dipshit is wondering, no, nobody paid for this post. I just love grilling and am trying to steer people to something that is a pleasure to use rather than a roadblock to grilling enjoyment.
