If you have low-back or leg problems (herniated disc, sciatica, tingling legs etc), then being in an inverted position can release the pressure on your spine and relax the space between the discs. And this can bring some relief to the affected areas.

Doesn't work for everyone, but when it works people love it. I have this exact table and it helps me with my sciatica. A 3 to 5 min session relieves the pain in my leg for a couple of hours.

What about upper back pain and neck pain. Can this resolve that.

I have this exact table, works great for middle and lower back, especially if you stretch your arms when you are fully inverted. I paid $110, this is a steal.

I'm not sure, maybe someone more knowledgeable will post an informed reply, Also, search the reviews on Amazon - some users have reported relief from upper back & neck pain.

Probably need to diagnose the underlying issue e.g., sitting at desk= kyphotic posture, driving long hours, weak posterior muscles, etc)

This is for traction. That's it. Not a therapeutic device. Essentially using gravity to generate traction

Inversion can help neck/back pain, but will it help you? That depends on what is causing the pain in the first place.

Bought this exact one for 95 on amazon a few weeks ago for upper back and neck pain. Very easy to assemble and very easy to use.

I use this table and a 36" foam roller and those two together have been a major help in relieving my neck pain. Needs some extra padding on the ankles but other than that no complaints.
