I prefer the powder and its cheaper at $1.73 per meal but this is $2.26 per.

Love that podcast! Discovered them a few months ago, one of my go-to listens during my work commute now!

Also, I've recently tried Soylent in Original, Nectar, and Chocolate flavors. Surprisingly, my favorite flavor is Original. Nectar was a little too sweet for me and left a weird aftertaste, and the chocolate just reminded me of Ensure.

If you're interested in this type of nutrition not dislike the pricing, there are plenty of DIY Soylent-type resources online that allows you to tweak the recipes and change macro nutrient ratios. Check out https://www.completefoods.co/
