Crap. Just ordered one yesterday for $15 more.

Amazon customer service advice me they no longer do price adjustments on anything they sell and advised me to purchase a 2nd one and refuse the first package. Seriously Amazon!?!?

Why would one need a 'Wireless/Bluetooth Adapter'? It looks like $16.64 extra buys one just a Bluetooth, right? Is the Bluetooth worth $16.64 extra?

Amazon UK advised me to do the same thing for $10 savings. I told them I was in the US and they said the same thing again. I then explained that they would save money by giving me a credit instead of paying shipping twice and they said there was nothing they could do.

Perhaps things have changed, but from a quick Google search, it would appear Obi is better. No fees, whereas it looks like Ooma may have some taxes and regulatory fees regularly. Can also spend something like $15 for a year of E-911 support so you can call 911 if need be

Obi is better if you want to do a little leg work and Google Voice may not be free for ever, but Ooma is the best for out of the box solution (ie setting up for parents) and I've never had an issue with call quality.
