Don't you think Windscribe is better $17 for two years?

Not all VPNs are equal... Choose wisely.

Short list -
PIA (Private Internet Access)
Torguard.net

Most thing you care about are do they log/destroy logs in very short order, use high-bit encryption levels, hide your DNS requests, and do they actually work?

I used the same email I did last year and they still sent me fresh credentials... If they don't keep records I don't see how they'd enforce the "new customer only" policy, as this would require the original transaction to be recorded & referenced against. PIA has put their money where their mouth is: https://torrentfreak.com/vpn-prov...se-160312/

No US company destroys logs. It's just never going to happen. Just like when telcos tell you they keep them for 1 yr, but they can produce them 7 years later for investigations... It's all virtually permanent. Big Brother has your ass.
