Saw one of these (same brand but different model) on QVC this weekend when another relative had the remote at a family gathering. I was curious and googled it. I want to get one for my parents, they always have get togethers and occasionally eat fried foods. I wonder how many servings you would get out of 6 QT?

Should be big enough to hold a whole big chicken. This 6qt is the biggest one I have seen so far and with this deal almost as cheap as the small one that is listed for $99 on Amazon.

I got one for around $50 during Easter Day weekend. not the same model but it was a nuwave. was price at $100 before $10 from discover and 40% off. i tried making french fries but it wasnt that cripsy.

Friend bought a different model yesterday. Fries were not crispy. Fish came out good though.

From reading about cooking fries in them, It seems its best to double fry them.

Typically, I use spray on oil when I put fries in. Half way through, I spray more oil on the fries.
