This is small wet grinder, highly recommended for indian cooking (see below). Lowest price as per CCC
  • Detachable Drum and Easy to Clean
  • Ideal to grind flour for Idli, Dosa, Urad, Vada, Dhokla, etc.
  • Made for use in USA & Canada at 110 Volts 60hz

I was looking at the other frontpage Preeti mixer deal and then stumbled upon this one. This is better for heavy use like making dosa/ idli batter

I believe this grinder's primary purpose is to grind flour for Idli, Dosa, Urad, Vada etc.Atta kneading feature is a bonus

okay but what is atta?

Edit: Ah, just talked to a friend. It's wheat flour lol.
For making tortillas. My friend doesn't use any machine though. Uses hands to knead it. Why you need a machine for that?
May be I do. Can't imagine getting it done with bare hands. I have seen her doing it real quick (few mins) without breaking a sweat like a pro lol.

I bought this for $219 few months ago. This is the lowest I have seen. Never expected it would come down. I would recommend to buy it if you are on the verge of buying it
