This is a nice drop in price for the 50-pint model, which was recently $153.41 in this Frontpage deal.

Frigidaire (and many other brands) are at great prices if you select pick up in store option. Pick up in store options have anywhere from $3 to $50 savings. Look for orange/red "free pickup+discount" tag. Extended warranties are pretty cheep too and recommended as these tend to fail. (my GE lasted 2 summers hence the reason I am shopping and Walmart warranty was awesome in getting me my money back).

Here are 2 examples:

FAD301NWD $109.31
FFAD5033R1 $124.95

If you are not interested in Frigidaire, I might suggest looking at Keystone brand next as they are almost identical prices as Frigidaire and good reviews.

REMEMBER, you must add it to your cart and select PU in store to see discount.

Good deal. I ordered a 50 pint. Probably could have gotten away with a 30 pint but for $15 more went with the 50.

The 50 pint was $153 and went front page so yeah, I think this is a good deal.

Wow! Great timing. I need one for a wet basement issue. I was looking at a 50 pint version near $200. I got the Frigidaire 50 pint version mentioned in OP + for the 4 year warranty for $160.

With the reviews mentioning the unit only works for 11-15 months the warranty seemed like a no brainer for the low cost.

I had 70 pint and it stopped working (condensing) after 23 months. I called frigidair and they offered free replacement pickup from bestbuy (the store I purchased the original one). Its worth trying. I was about purchase but free is even better.

I had a 70-pint Frigidaire dehumidifier purchased from Newegg in 2014, and recieved notice of a recall late 2016 due to fire hazard. Be sure to check that yours is not part of said recall when you get it, as you could be getting old stock. recall info here:
https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2016...property-0

The actual recall check page is here:
http://greedehumidifierrecall.com/ProductEntry.aspx

Be warned, of yours is part of the recall, this is a serious enough fire hazard that they require a photo of the unit with the cord cut off and your name in permanent marker on the unit. It would probably be easier to return the unit if it is on the recall list. Know that of you send in for the recall, it takes a long time to receive your replacement (mine showed up over 2 months later).

It's against federal law to sell any recalled product. I don't think Walmart would make that mistake.
