Thank you for sharing.

Some thoughts and notes:
  • On Groupon itself, you do not need to enter a credit card. At checkout, choose the PayPal option, then click the "Continue to PayPal" option. You do not need to log into a PayPal account.
  • The Groupon voucher never expires.
  • If you think you may cancel your subscription, use a virtual credit card with a set amount, just to be safe.

I agree. I had been excited to try Apple Music since before it was released, but decided to hold off on it. Starting in late 2016, I finally tried it for several months, and was a bit disappointed. It isn't bad, per se, but it isn't as wonderful as I had hoped it would be.

The following are my favorite music streaming services, ranked from best to worst:
  1. Spotify Premium
  2. Google Play Music All Access
  3. Rdio (discontinued; purchased by Pandora)
  4. Rhapsody (prior to merging with Napster)
  5. Apple Music
  6. Tidal
  7. Amazon Music Unlimited
  8. YouTube Music
  9. Amazon Prime Music
  10. Pandora (prior to Plus)
Please note I will only rank a service after using it at least four times a week for at least three months. All ranked services are their paid versions.

Hmm last month I signed up the wife with 3 free months Apple Music.
It was there when I opened Itunes.
Whatever the update to itunes is, it won't install on her Vista machine, so no Apple Music selections on her pc

Nope. Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try it out later this year.

Wait, I'm confused.
Doesn't Apple offer 3 months free directly?

What exactly is Groupon doing here?
Are people that gullible?
