34" curved widescreen 100HZ gaming monitor.

This is a great monitor for gaming, especially fast moving games like first person shooters. For photo work and general computing, it is not that great.

It does 100hz perfectly with an NVIDIA GTX 1060.

3440 X 1440

Hot damn, wasn't this on massdrop for exactly this price? Get it now fast folks Stick Out Tongue
I'd recommend getting the Square-trade warranty. Given this is an off brand product that likely uses a less than "top tier" panel, worth the peace of mind.

Square-trade will cock-block you if you try to use it but Amazon is usually pretty good in assisting you when that happens if you don't mind spending some time with them over the phone/email. Its a bit of an effort but if you know how to escalate support cases, you'll likely get your money back at the very least if something happens.

It is a pretty good price but not sure if it's a great sale. It's less than 10% off.

the dell is only 60hz and no freesync. though, the Dell is better if you are not a gamer.

What if I use a Nvidia GPU like the rest of the world does?

You still get the 100hz but no freesync.

I'm amazed this display can reach 100hz without being a g-sync monitor. I thought this module is the sole reason why acer and asus can hit >75hz on their $1k displays. Just to be sure though, can somebody with this monitor confirm that at 100 hz this monitor is not skipping frames (by running a frame skipping test) ?
Anyway if this display can truly hit 100hz without skipping frames at $550 is a steal given what's currently available.
