Really want the QLED, but this is like $2000 cheaper... ($2000 I don't have lol)

$200 off the normal price. It says the doors open at 7am, so I guess it will be an early morning for me! lolz

Why go to the store? Just wait until midnight and buy online? It says right in the preview book that there is free shipping. Discover also has 5% off warehouse clubs this quarter if you haven't maxed out yet. And if you buy online, you can go thru Discover Deals for another 5%. Plus $30 Google Play included per the description.

I think 650 is 6000 series. I would 8000 series or higher. usually can tell by the frame and stand look

Isn't the ks8000 TV better than this one? And the ks8000 can be found for around the same price as this....

so i am not sure why any1 would want this over the ks8000?

This is just the 2017 model of the Samsung 6 series. I got in on the $800 newegg deal for the 2016 65" 6 series last month. I have to say, the picture is crap. I don't care what they print on the box, the 6 series TVs are not 4K. My 5 year old 1080P Panasonic is more clear by leaps and bounds. You don't buy a TV every day. Spend the extra money for the Samsung 8 series or some other brand's SUHD technology. You don't want to be stuck with a crappy picture for 5+ years.

Couldn't disagree more. My friend has the 8000 series and I have the 6000. The 4k gaming on my (this) TV is insane and the HDR colors are amazing! Imo and his, no way is his 8000 serirs worth the $800 more he paid. But everyone is different I guess and has different budgets.

Lolz. Nearly $1400 with tax for a 2017 65" 6 series? I hope the OP posted this thread as a joke. The 2016 version of the same TV typically sells around $800. This entry level TV has not improved $700 worth. The 2016 65" KS8000 frequently sells less than this and absoultly blows this TV away in picture quality.
