a true SD'er does this thru the self serve sites and never pays more than 5cents per photo.

While it's not a cheaper option, I paid about $7.50 for two passport photos at my local Walmart. I needed them right away and it took about 20 minutes in total.

i have done it using this method and it works, i haven't had any problems with getting the photos accepted. once i went to walgreens and once i went to walmart to have the photos printed....and it worked: https://bucking-the-trend.com/how...-for-0-35/

never refer to your prints as passport photos else you may be paying "passport photo" prices. this was years ago so some retailers may have caught onto this.

I've DIY my passport/visa photos for the last 10+ years. Digital camera + local costco/walgreeens/walmart/whatever for printing does the job for less than $1.

Costco does passport photos. I don't remember what they charged, but it was less expensive than what I was expecting.

Take the photo, edit into a collage of 6 X 4 with 6 passport photos, Print in walgreens for 27 cents and pick it up in an hour. Cant beat 6 photos for 30 cents. This is how I have been doing for few years now.

Just make sure to use a well lit area(daylight works best) with a white background for best results. if you don't have DSLR most modern phone cameras does good.

If you cannot do a basic edit on photos or do not have the time to do all this, then this is the deal for you !

From what I remember, it's $4 or $5. Is there anything at Walgreens/Rite Aid/CVS that is ever a good deal?
