Damn it.. Just paid $1050 for a 15" factory refurb HP X360 Spectre with the same specs (did have a 512GB SSD though)

Yeah, pretty darn thin...under an inch...about half an inch for the sides of the bezel..slightly under an inch on the top

Oh man...512GB SSD is nice to have though. Plus, by the time you got this and put a 512 msata SSD in it you would be at the same end cost, you would just have 256gb one sitting as a backup.

yeah I didn't really need the 512GB drive though. Just happened to be what came with it. The open box on this would have saved about $250 even after taxes.

Only one mini-HDMI out though, would I need a dock for multiple displays? Would prefer not to use USB to HDMI adapters

You can use an external USB to HDMI graphics card or a docking station.

The ones with the thinnest bezels are the Yoga 720 and the Yoga 900 series. Still, the bezels on this 710 are still pretty thin, just not "Wow!" or XPS thin. The ones with the thinnest bezels have the webcam below the screen. A "chin" cam. Just thought I'd mention those things.

managed to get the open box certified. no more new. any feedback on the warranty for open box items? we still get manufacturer warranty right (what's left after original purchase)?
