I've had one of these three flex head wonders since last Christmas. Been using electric shavers for over 50 years and this one is noticeably better than anything else I've ever tried.

While I would normally recommend DE or SE wet shaving, it's nice seeing a Costco deal! And electric just woks better for some people.

Thanks for posting, repped and TU!

Have used this for over a year. Use it for wet shave. It is great if I use it every day but it cannot handle it if I skip a day. That's when the old tech works!

This might be okay for some folks, but it doesn't get close enough for me. I've tried this one, the expensive Braun and Panasonics, and they all still leave much to be desired. I think for the money the 3 blade Panasonic actually works almost as good as the newer Panasonic. I still prefer DE shaving with Feather blades. Smooth as silk.

This is a good deal for one of these, though. Not knocking you for the post.

Same here. I've really been kind of disappointed with it. Looked for a long time for a new electric and it seemed perfect for what I wanted - my old Norelco in a wet shaver that I could use in the shower with a head that would follow my face and neck better. But as you say it doesn't seem to work very well with much growth at all. And at least in my case it seems to work much better dry than wet which kind of defeats a lot of the purpose. I think that the newer heads are too fine for my beard. If it's very short and dry then it gets forced in there a little better and works OK but if longer and wet then I can go over the same area over and over and it does squat. The older one that I have seems to have more open heads which cut through pretty much anything reasonable.

Looked better on paper in my case. Is a good deal for what it is though.

norelco is a great shaver but I been using foil shaver from panasonic and it's a lot more powerful. There's no pull and I can shave a lot quicker.
