$199 with free store pick up. It is a great deal, imo. I bought this two weeks ago for $20 more! :-(

The reviews are mixed on how waterproof this is. I would have it sitting on patio blocks and possibly caulk any areas where water could come in.

Man I wish this was not over 6' tall. Can't have it be taller than fence in my subdivision. Nevertheless good deal.

forget subdivision rules....

my next-next-next-door neighbor's contractor made a mistake when putting up a brick fence around his yard... the county code enforcement division force him to take everything down because it exceeded the code by 2 and half inches. They forced him to take *everything* down... every single brick... he appealed and said the contractor was willing to remove the top two layers of bricks, which would have made it well below the code. No dice. They ended up having to take off every single brick and rebuild the fence from ground up. The contractor ate the cost, of course, but I think the county was overly harsh, no?

ebay has 10% off coupons for sale; I bought one and used yesterday (cost was $4.95 or so), and I saved $75 on my order.

It's why I bought in a no HOA. Talk about Un-American, People who can't afford to buy enough property around their own house form a club to tell others how to decorate their yards.

well..... as with anything, there are pros and cons... my HOA neighborhood is absolutely clean and looks like a roya garden. Smilie no dogowner ever dares to walk around without bags and no loud music, no crime(anyone with a felony conviction is not permitted to buy in and anyone who gets one afterward can be legally asked to move)
