I just logged into the amex app on mobile and it was listed in my offers. I assume it is listed on the site too when you login

I've been looking into this for a while. Cant decide between them and a 2gig based system.

The cons for this company for me is they use their own hw vs more common ecosystem (2g qolsys etc)

Less general options for sensors than others

Pretty much stuck with this company only with this hw vs taking your gear to any alarm.com compatiblr company

The pros for me is it is cheaper monitoring than others but hear good things about customer service

Can any one who has them.chime in on general satisfaction. Or anyone who chose aanother company share the reasons why

agreed with above post. cheap monitoring, with state farm discount it's alsmot a wash. But no integration with ifttt ,alexa, or anything modern. No sign that they want to integrate. very closed system.

i pay for basic level only, which gives me zero control via app except arm/disarm. No monitoring of "secret" sensors to see if garage door is open etc. for that I'd have to pay 50% more on my monthyl alarm costs. ridiculous.

IMO, a closed system is added security.
