Was able to buy SAMSUNG 960 PRO M.2 512GB NVMe for $299.99 USD $30 off w/ promo code SSD59627 - total $269.99 - lowest price I have ever seen for Pro version
BTW There is noticeable difference between MLC and TLC (Pro vs Evo) in NVME drives.

here is the screenshot of anybody needs it:

PS Now Newegg raised its price to $329.99, it did not last long (bought at 2:20pm ET), I was about to post this deal and price changed

What happened to the good prices last fall on SAMSUNG 850 EVO mSATA 1TB Mini-SATA (mSATA)?

Looking at CCC it dipped to $250, now it is $400 everywhere. I get that BF has occasionally great deals, but after 6 months prices drift down. Not happening here. The 1TB EVO 850 was drifting around $300 last year, now it's up to $350. Maybe Samsung is trying to recoup losses over the Note 7 debacle and Spy TV's.

One would imagine Samsung would be doing everything possible to win back customers, but noooo

Oh yes, i was a Note 7 user. Went to an LG V20 and never looked back. Great phone. Outside of SSD, Sammys got nothing i want. Especially after the TV debacle.

I think you're overthinking this a little bit, I'd imagine the nand shortages are responsible for the price increases. I don't think this is limited to just Samsung ;(
