I have purchased 3 Surface Pro 4, 128GB from this seller and they all refurbished or used but looked in a very good condition. However, boxes were not genuine. I brought them to local Microsoft Store to compare and also got confirmed they were not real boxes from Microsoft. If you don't have a genuine box to compare side by side, it will be hard to tell the differences. I returned all 3 without any problem from seller. So if you are OK with refurbished one then go ahead and purchase. Please keep in mind that these are refurbished and boxes were made by seller. The products did have 1 year warranty from Microsoft.

The problem isn't that they scam 100% of the buyers, but that problems come up often enough (97.8% is not ideal on Ebay). So if you are one of the unlucky ones you get a product not as described or they don't ship and you have to wait x amount of days, file a paypal claim, wait for them to respond to the claim, wait more days to get your refund, etc. and these prices are good but is it worth risking that? Depends on the person.

I've bought from this seller. Item was brand new. Others have had issues though... I took a shot and was happy. Just FWIW.

Item was never received had to open case to get refund

Not "original" as described. It's a cheap generic, knock off but it'll do

Never received, seller didn't respond.

Takes money, but never ships. Unprofessional seller

All "3" I bought came in opened packages, defective, used?. Not as advertised

Take your pick

Price is not low enough to deal with the potential grief IMO, but to each his ownnod

Others have mentioned the items are seller refurbished, not manufacturer refurbished, despite what is listed. I'd pass on unknown battery use alone.

Umm...this seller has over 10,000 sales in the past 12 months (and over 100K overall) and you guys are nitpicking over a few eBay comments to make your decision about this seller? I've read through quite a few "negative" comments and nothing seems out of the ordinary...all par for the course when you sell that many items. And some seem to be just a bunch of cry babies who need to grow some. Besides you have eBay/PayPal protection if needed. And while I understand sometimes there could be shipping issues, I highly doubt there seller has taken people's money and not shipped anything like a lot of the comments suggest.

Few weeks ago, there was a deal posted here for Surface Pro 3 from this seller... I bought it and it was brand new, as advertised, when I got it... to me, the seller is legit.
